Post & Rail Fence Estimate & Quote Updates sends service-related texts about your own estimate, finished quote, and next steps. Updates can be automated after staff confirm a completed visit and review the finished quote. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
How to give permission
During a call or estimate visit, a team member asks whether you want these texts at your mobile number. We use the following question so you know what you are agreeing to:

You can say yes or no. If you agree, staff record your number, the date and time, and your answer in your customer record before sending. We do not record the call to obtain this permission. Submitting the website form, giving your number, or confirming a phone inquiry does not by itself sign you up for text messages.
If you prefer no texts
Declining texts does not prevent an estimate or purchase. We can arrange follow-up by call or email instead. You can change your choice at any time.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email owner@postandrailfence.company. If you want to receive estimate texts again after opting out, contact our team so we can record your new permission. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
