Website and estimate requests
This website provides general information and a way to request project review. Submitting a request does not guarantee service, availability, scheduling, pricing, or acceptance of a project. Final scope, pricing, payment terms, and warranties are established only in a separate written agreement accepted by Post & Rail Fence and the customer.
AI assistant
The website may offer an AI assistant after you accept its disclosure. It is an automated service, not an owner, estimator, installer, or human representative. Its responses are for general project intake and information only. It cannot provide a final price, accept a job, or confirm an appointment. Conversations may be processed and saved as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit payment-card details, government identification, passwords, or other sensitive information through the assistant.
SMS terms
Post & Rail Fence Estimate & Quote Updates provides optional texts about your own estimate, finished quote, and next steps. Messages may include automated updates after an estimate visit is completed and its finished quote is ready and reviewed. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
We require separate, explicit SMS permission for the mobile number receiving these messages. Submitting an estimate request or allowing a call or email does not enroll you in texts. You may decline texts and still request an estimate or purchase our services. See how to give or withdraw SMS permission.
Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for help, call 407-276-8717, or email owner@postandrailfence.company. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, submit information about another person without authority, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the estimate form for spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.
